Dexin Steel Tube (China) Co., Ltd., founded in 2002, is a subsidiary of Wuxi Special Steel Material. DEXIN owns the workshop of about 80,000m2 and has accumulated mature and professional experiences to manufacture and process seamless steel pipes of large outside diameter, (Max. O.D.:1200mm, Max. W.T.:150mm). With an annual production capacity of 50,000Tons, the mainstream lines of Dexin or DXST Brand mainly include tubes/pipes for petroleum, chemical, electrical, oil refinery and power plant industries. Our products are well sold throughout China, Europe, North America, South America, Japan, Korea, India, Middle east etc.
We have complete apparatuses for physical property inspection, chemical composition analysis, non-destructive test, hydraulic test. Moreover, Dexin can operate normalizing, tempering, annealing and other kinds of Heat Treatment by three advanced furnaces. We have got Manufacture License of Special Equipment of China. We have been granted quality authentication and acceptance certificates (issued by several international and domestic institutions), such as ISO9001, ISO14001, SA8000, OHSAS 18001, API-5L PSL1/PSL2, ASME, CE certification, BHEL, CRCC etc.

Our History
1995
In March 1995, Wuxi Special Steel was founded. Chen Junde, then director of the Economic Management Office of Wuxi Township Bureau, led seven employees to start the business with RMB 600,000.
1998
1998.03 Became one of only two Sinopec alloy steel pipe distribution centers in China. The main business of imported alloy steel pipes is very popular.
2001
2001.01 Restructured into a private enterprise. 2002.04, the first batch settled in Huishan Economic Development Zone.
2002
In August 2002, Dexin Steel Pipe was founded and transformed from a trading company to a manufacturing and trading enterprise.
2003
2003.04 The first medium frequency hot expansion steel pipe production line was put into operation, becoming a pioneer in the domestic pipe expansion industry.
2005
2005.10 A new production base of more than 70,000 square meters was built at the company's current location.

2006 P22 and P91 hot-expanded steel pipes were exported for the first time and delivered to Alstom of France.

2007.09 More than 200 acres of land was purchased in Xuyi Economic Development Zone, Huai'an City, and Jiangsu Dexin Steel Pipe Co., Ltd. was established.

2007 The products were applied to CNOOC Huizhou Refining and Chemical Project, gradually changing the situation in which my country relies on imports for similar steel pipes.
